Die Casting Part

Die casting is a metal fabrication process which involves forcing molten metal under high pressure into reusable metal dies of plastic moulded parts.

Die casting allows for the creation of metal parts with accurate dimensions, sharp definition, and smooth or textured surfaces. We also provide you with custom plastic injection moulding and high-quality service.

Features of Die Casting Part

Due to the good fluidity and plasticity of copper, zinc, aluminum, and aluminum alloy, die castings can be made into a variety of complex shapes.

  • Less workload of molding products

Casting processing is in the pressure of the die casting machine, which can make a higher product accuracy so as to greatly reduce the mechanical processing of the casting.

  • Wide products made by injection moulding

Metal has excellent thermal conductivity, thus the die-casting parts are widely used in automotive parts mold manufacturing, internal combustion engine production, motorcycle manufacturing, motor manufacturing, oil pump manufacturing, and other industries.

How does Die Casting Part Work?

Die casting is a kind of die casting injection molded parts that use die casting machines equipped with a die mold. The heat into liquid copper, zinc, aluminum, or aluminum alloy metal is poured into the feed mouth of the die casting machines. Then two halves are clamped together by the machine. The die cavity is injected with a molten metal, which then rapidly solidifies. Once the die halves are pulled apart, the plastic moulded products are ejected.
