Manufacture Introduction

GM-TECH has been manufacturing tools for injection molding of plastics for various industries for more than 10 years.

We are also experienced in the automotive, electrical and home appliance mould industries but also manufacture moulds for other industries requiring plastic injection moulds. We are able to offer you complete services in this area, from the design of the moulds to their high-quality manufacturing in their own tool shop.

RFQ

2D and 3D of part drawing, and other specific requirements, we will quote within 2 working days.
P.O.

Once we got the order, we will prepare to start this project.
DFM Layout and Mold flow

We will analysis the part and tool: Gate location, Parting line, Ejection, Slides and lifters, draft, engraving etc. and a 2D layout of tool. also we will make a mold flow.
2D & 3D Design

Experienced designers will provide the mould design service and finish the design within 4-12 days, depending on different projects.
Purchasing Steel

We will Purchase the steel and standard mold base according to customer requirements. such as:ASSAB,DAIDO,FINKL.AUBERT&DUVAL,GS etc. with steel certification.
Manufacturing

We will forward the <Weekly process report>, with pictures of mold status in it every week.
T1

It's better that customers can attend the T1, but if not, we can take a video to show the T1 for customer, and also send samples to customer for check. with<Sample dimension inspection report>.
Corrections

We will make some corrections according to customer's feedbacks, normally 85% of our molds only need 1-2 mold trials.
Modification

If customers want to modify the part after they check the T1 samples, we will modify the mold according to modified part.
Final Inspection

If customer approve the samples, we will make a final inspection of mold, and let the mold running on injection machines for straight 3 hours.
Delivery

by sea or by air, depends on customers.
