How do Plastic Injection Molding Medical Parts Work?

The first stage of manufacturing plastic injection molding medical parts is to make the mould itself. Most are made from metal, usually aluminum or steel. When the mould has been settled,  the material for the plastic injection molding medical parts is put into a heated barrel and combined. Heating bands melt the material in the barrel and the molten metal or molten plastic material is then fed into the mould cavity where it cools and hardens, matching the shape of the mould. After cooling several times, the medical parts are formed.
