Ⅰ. Why should the die-casting mold be accepted?

Regardless of the mold, after the production is completed, it needs to be checked and accepted, the die-casting mold is the same, its acceptance is very important, let's take a look at the acceptance process of the die-casting mold.

Ⅱ. The acceptance process of die-casting molds

1. Acceptance of lifting holes:

The hoisting holes of the die-casting mold must meet the technical agreement to ensure the mould hoisting balance. When making the position of the lifting hole, the factors that facilitate future mold repair and maintenance should be considered, instead of just doing it casually. The precision inspection of the die-casting mold lifting hole is more important than the production position inspection. So, be sure to double check!

2. Acceptance of slider spring:

Professional technicians of GM-TECH, a reputable die casting mould manufacturer, know that basically every sliding block must use a limit spring assembly, so the position of the sliding block spring must be ensured to avoid collision between the sliding block and the inclined guide post caused by the movement of the sliding block. If there is an error in the assembly process, the screw will slip off the two ends when the mold is closed, which will cause the spring to burst out, which can easily cause casualties. Therefore, the acceptance of the slider spring is very important!

3. Waterproof acceptance of the travel switch under the die-casting mold:

In the mold production process, due to the influence of the spraying of the release agent, the stroke switch on the core-pulling cylinder under the die-casting mold must be waterproofed to ensure that the switch does not work abnormally due to the influence of the water mist and moisture of the release agent, leading to abnormal core pulling and mold collision accident.
